I am looking for a book on the Maryville Andersons. I am especially interested in a William Anderson, son of Isaac Anderson, Sr. and wife Martha and brother to Isaac Anderson,Jr. who was the father of another William and grandfather of Isaac L. Anderson, founder of Maryville College.
The only information I have is that William moved to TN. I would like to know the name of his wife and the names of his children. Thanks. Doris Anderson Lamb, hdlamb@sbcglobal.net

I have known for sometime that I am directly descended from Sanders C Hinton via a maternal line, however I just recently determined that Dorcas Roddy was his spouse, I had incorrectly placed his spouse as Dorcas Sharp. My maternal grandmother was Amanda Melvina Hinton. I would be happy to discuss this line and share some photos I have of various family members.

Hope someone can help, we are looking for a book our mother bought back in 1994, our only lead is a canceled check to Blount County History Book Committee for $49.95 her maden name was McDonnell and was also related to tge Russell family.
Ihave done some research and a book tittled "The history of Blount County and its people 1795-1995 published by Walsworth Pub. USA is our best guess. The book had the history on the McDonnell and Russell family.
Hope to hear from someone.
